The mentality of a leader reflects in the life of the followers, a follower will directly or indirectly reflect the leaders attitude. What a leader is, that is what the follower will be.
The level at which people, organization, country operate depends on the leaders mentality. Our mentality shape everything about life, the mental picture you carry inside you determines what happen outside.
The inside determines the outside. We have seen with time, that in Nigeria our leader carry a backward mentality which is drawing us backward, our leader look into the future with the backward mentality which makes us to move forward and backward.
All that we required in Nigeria is for our leaders to change their mentality, and look into the future with a forward mentality, which will move us forward from where we are today. Reality is in the moment.
